The following sets out the terms and conditions governing the supply of goods, services and information on www.cdsmedia.co.uk These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Contract formationNo contract will exist between you, the customer, and CDS MEDIA for the sale by it to you of any product unless, and until CDS MEDIA confirms receipt of your order by email. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions relating to the purchase of product will be deemed complete at the time CDS MEDIA sends this email to you.
AvailabilityAll products are subject to availability. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled or will be delayed, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
PricingAll prices exclude delivery and VAT which will be added to all orders at the checkout.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, CDS Media will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order.

Delivery
Orders received by 2.30pm on a working day will be processed and despatched same day depending on stock availability. Your order will be delivered by either Royal Mail First Class Post or via our Courier Interlink Express (Mainland UK next working day delivery, Ireland 2/3 day delivery) depending on order value and weight. Orders after this time may be despatched the following working day. Orders placed at weekends/ bank or public holidays will be despatched on the next available working day.
(A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)
All orders which are left at the customers request in an alternative safe place are left at the customers own risk.
Every effort will be made to deliver your goods either next day or within 2/3 days. However, CDS Media will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay or consequential loss of earning suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delays from either Royal Mail or our Courier services.
Damaged ItemsDamaged goods must be notified in writing via email to customerservice@cdsmedia.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of delivery, please include in your email which item is damaged, the nature of the damage, CT order number, date the order was placed and the delivery note number supplied with the goods. We will issue you with a returns number and the address for return of the goods. Upon receipt of returned goods, we will refund the monies you have paid for the goods or supply you with replacement goods at your option.
Cancellations and ReturnsYou have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 14 working days of delivery.
To cancel a contract, notice must be given in writing via email to customerservice@cdsmedia.co.uk stating your CT order number, date of order, goods to be returned, delivery note number and reason for return, we will issue the address the goods need to be returned to and a returns number which must be written on the delivery note and returned with the goods to us in their original packaging and unused.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected by CDS Media we the refund the cost of the product within 30 days.
ComplaintsIf for any reason your wish to make a complaint about a product or service, please call our customer service centre on 01684 299788. Alternatively you can email customerservice@cdsmedia.co.uk
We promise to respond to all complaints promptly and certainly within 5 working days.
Data ProtectionWe request your name, address and e-mail address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after sales service but we will not pass your name and address to any third parties.

GuaranteeIf your product should develop a fault within 28 days of purchase we will exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money (your product should still be in new condition and with the original packaging, accessories and invoice).
Please note recordable compact discs can vary in compatibility. The compatibility of the product with a given set of hardware and software cannot always be assured 100%. In the unlikely event that you find recordable media does not function as required, we will need to verify its functionality before any refunds, credit or exchanges are authorised.
LiabilityAs we have no control over the use of products supplied, by the end user, we can not accept any liability howsoever caused, nor do we accept any consequential liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the products we supply.
